  5. Business-to-Administration(B2A)-This e-commerce refers the transactions between companies and public administration. e.g.- A Company online applies for GST Number.
  6. Consumer-to-Administration(C2A)-This happens between individuals and public administration. e.g.- A Consumer applies online for PAN Number.
